To enhance the longevity of special flanges, proactive care is essential. Regularly checking bolt tightness helps maintain a secure seal, especially in systems with frequent pressure changes. Conducting corrosion checks, such as visual inspections or ultrasonic testing, can identify early signs of material degradation. Additionally, storing unused flanges in dry, clean environments prevents rust or contamination before installation.
