When the flange is in use due to improper flange connection or excessive leaking in use, users do not panic. First of all, to check the leak location, the leakage area is usually very small due to the small gap between the stainless steel flange joints, so it is impossible to seal the leak by sealing the gap. The sealing construction method is based on the site survey of the leakage site, in order to achieve the limited plugging, the fixed fixture method is used to contain the leakage point to form the sealing cavity, and the sealant is injected to eliminate the leakage. The fixtures on one side are all customized. The first fixture should satisfy the containment leakage point. The first point is to establish the sealing cavity between the valve flange and the pipe flange connecting the short flange. In order to prevent the leakage of the valve and flange gap from occurring again due to pressure, a ring cavity glue injection is arranged at the anastomosis between the fixture and the carbon steel flange of the valve body. Because the fixture of the reducer flange is easy to move to the flange side of the small diameter during the injection process, the tooth shape contact clamping method is adopted. When the sealant is solidified during operation, after the effect is observed, local injection is pressed to prevent stress relaxation, and then seal the injection hole.
