How to determine the flange size?
1.First, judge the flange type. Common flange types include flat welding flange,Butt Welded Fitting, SOCKET WELD/SW FLANGE, plate welding flange and ring loose flange.
2.Second, judge the flange end form, mainly RF, concave, convex, RJ torus. Tenon groove face
3.After judging the flange type, the main measured data are bolt hole center distance, flange inner diameter, flange thickness, flange nozzle diameter, etc.
4.Then compare the measured data with the standard, and you can see the specific model of the flange.
5.Refer to standards HG20592 and HG20615, and the flange size can be obtained by inquiry.
